Shane Richardson

Overview

Shane Richardson is a commercial real estate professional advising developers, investors, business owners, and property owners throughout California’s Central Valley. His practice includes land and investment sales, development opportunities, acquisitions, site selection, and buyer representation.

Shane takes a practical, analytical approach to each assignment, combining market knowledge with experience in financial underwriting, development feasibility, construction, and deal structure. His development-focused work also requires close attention to zoning, entitlement, infrastructure, and municipal requirements that can materially affect a property’s value, timing, and feasibility.

Experience

Shane began his commercial real estate career with Colliers, where he worked on sales, leasing, investment transactions, and site-selection assignments throughout the Central Valley. He later co-founded and operated an independent commercial real estate brokerage, further expanding his experience across land, development, investment sales, acquisitions, and buyer representation.

Prior to entering commercial real estate, Shane spent more than a decade in the construction industry, primarily in commercial roofing and metal building products. That background provides him with a practical understanding of construction costs, site conditions, and development considerations that can materially impact a transaction.

Education & Affiliations

Shane earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fresno Pacific University. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and is affiliated with ICSC, the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and Fresno Association of Realtors.

Shane lives in Clovis with his wife and two daughters. Outside of commercial real estate, he enjoys traveling, snowboarding, ultimate frisbee, barbequing and spending time with family and friends.
