Experience

Joey began his real estate career in 1972, earning his Sales License, and soon after, his Broker License in 1974. He spent his early years learning the business under the mentorship of his father at Central Valley Realty, where he went on to lead the company as Principal Broker from 1982 to 1994. During that time, Joey guided CVR through over a decade of successful residential operations.

In 1994, he joined Fortune Associates, where he continues to thrive as a Broker Associate. His focus on residential sales and residential subdivision development has positioned him as a key player in the Central Valley real estate market. Joey’s hands-on approach ensures the success of each project, from the earliest planning stages through to the final sale.

His long-standing commitment to excellence and results-driven mindset have made him a trusted advisor to homeowners, builders, and investors.

Education & Affiliations

Joey is an active member of the Fresno Board of Realtors and the Fresno Multiple Listing Service (MLS). He remains deeply connected to the local market, keeping pace with the evolving trends and maintaining a competitive edge.

Beyond real estate, Joey is an enthusiastic boating aficionado and a proud member of Fort Washington Country Club. Family is at the heart of everything he does—he and his spouse celebrated their 50^th wedding anniversary on August 31, 2024, a milestone that reflects their strong foundation and shared values. Together, they have raised two children and enjoy spending time with their five grandchildren. Joey continues to call Fresno, California, home—a city he has proudly served for over 50 years.
