Joel began his career in commercial real estate at Fortune Associates in the summer of 2021, initially serving as an Investment Analyst Intern. In this role, he developed a deep understanding of Market research, financial modeling, and investment strategy. His strong performance and proactive approach led to his promotion in April 2022, when he officially joined the team as an Associate.

In his current role, Joel supports the acquisition and distribution of real estate assets across multiple sectors including office, industrial, multi-family, and investment properties. With a keen interest in real estate finance and portfolio growth, Joel is dedicated to helping clients identify opportunities and make informed, strategic decisions.
