Experience

Jim began his real estate career in 2000 at Fortune Associates, where he focused on leasing and sales of retail properties, as well as tenant and landlord representation. Over the years, he held key roles with Retail California and Newmark/Pearson Commercial, where he served as Vice President and expanded his expertise in office sales, leasing, and investment services.

After 15 years of industry experience, Jim returned to Fortune Associates, bringing a well-rounded skill set in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, ground-up development, and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. His reputation as a diligent, detail-oriented advocate makes him a trusted advisor to clients throughout the Central Valley.

Education & Affiliations

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Marketing Option from California State University, Fresno. A long-time Fresno resident since 1976, Jim is deeply rooted in the community. He values faith, family, and lifelong relationships, and enjoys time at the beach, golfing, attending sporting events, and traveling with his wife, children and grandchildren.
