Jim Graham

After a number of years as a business development representative with First American Title Insurance Company and Regency Bank lending services, Jim Graham began his commercial real estate career in 2000 here at Fortune Associates.  Responsibilities included leasing and sales of retail properties, tenant and landlord representation, and retail development. In 2004 Jim was asked to join a new brokerage firm, Retail California, here in Fresno serving as a Vice President. In 2009 Mr. Graham joined Newmark/Pearson Commercial’s Fresno Office Division as Vice President specializing in the sale and leasing of office properties, tenant and landlord representation, and commercial investments.

After 15 years in the industry, Jim returned to Fortune Associates where he leverages his experience in office, retail and light industrial properties to benefit his clients with a multi-faceted background in real estate related services. He has an established reputation as a detail oriented and diligent advocate, always focusing on his clients’ interests, goals and desires.

Since 2000, Jim has participated in nearly every aspect of the commercial real estate realmincluding office, industrial, multifamily investment, and retail space.  From leasing and subleasing, acquisition to disposition, ground-up development to 1031 tax deferred exchanges, Jim is ready, willing and able to partner with you to meet your commercial real estate objectivesin every asset class.

Jim has resided in Fresno since 1976, is married to his wife Toni since 1987, has two childrenand two grandchildren. Outside interests include faith, family, beach time, golf, sporting eventsand travel. Jim is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration – Marketing Option.
