Experience

Cole’s career in agricultural real estate has been marked by steady growth, strong leadership, and a track record of results. Since November 2024, he has served as Vice President of the Agricultural Division at Fortune Associates, where he continues to build his reputation as a trusted advisor and skilled negotiator. Prior to this, Cole held the role of Senior Vice President at Pearson Realty from 2020 to October 2024, where he played a key role in facilitating land transactions and client relationships. He first joined Pearson Realty in 2019 as an Intern, quickly rising through the ranks thanks to his drive, industry knowledge, and client-focused approach.

Over the course of his career, Cole has been directly involved in transactions totaling over $157 million in gross sales and the successful sale of more than 3,935 acres of agricultural land. His dedication, paired with his ability to connect with clients and understand the nuances of the ag market, continues to make him an asset to buyers, sellers, and investors alike.

Education & Affiliation

Cole earned his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from California State University, Fresno, in 2020, where he cultivated the academic foundation that continues to support his success in the agricultural real estate industry. That same year, he earned his California Real Estate Broker License, further establishing his credentials and commitment to professional excellence.

He is actively involved in several industry organizations, including the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the Fresno Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Young Cattleman of California Association, reflecting his personal passion and connection to the agricultural community. In 2021, Cole was honored with the Joseph F. Kenrick “Bulldog Award” by Pearson Realty, recognizing his outstanding performance and dedication early in his career.
