Chris Cammack

Chris Cammack brings nearly five decades of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on office and industrial leasing, sales, and development. Based in Fresno, California, Chris has established a strong reputation for delivering tailored real estate solutions for both public and private sector clients. He is known for extensive market knowledge, dedication to client success, and long-standing relationships across the industry.

Experience

Chris began his commercial real estate career in 1976 wit Charles Tingey Associates (CTA) specializing in office leasing and sales. He continued this focus through the 1980s at Coldwell Banker, now CBRE. Throughout the 1970s, ‘80s, ‘90s, he leased and sold several million square feet of office and industrial space throughout the San Joaquin Valley.

In the late 1990s, Chris founded Chris Cammack Company, where he developed a range of commercial buildings across California—from Fontana to Red Bluff. His projects include multiple build-to-suit facilities for the State of California, such as the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), Department of Corrections, and Bureau of Automotive Repair under the Department of Consumer Affairs.

Notable clients have included: PG&E, Fresno Unified School District, State Farm Insurance, Standard Insurance, TICOR, and more. Chris also completed a GSA project for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation and developed the Fresno Chamber of Commerce headquarters in downtown Fresno.

In 205, Chris joined Fortune Associates to continue his career alongside trusted colleagues and friends from his Fresno roots.

Education & Affiliations

Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminology from California State University, Fresno. He also served in the California Air National Guard, stationed in Fresno. A longtime resident of the area, Chris has been married for 48 years and is the proud father of three children. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time outdoors—his favorite hobbies include skiing, golf, fishing, and camping.
