Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Brett built a distinguished 25-year career with Enterprise Holdings, Inc., including 15 years as Regional Vice President. There, he led a $150 million service operation across Central California and managed a team of more than 300 employees, demonstrating his expertise in large-scale business operations and leadership.

In his real estate practice, Brett has successfully represented a diverse portfolio of clients, including: Enterprise Holdings, The Chicken Shack, Clinca, Sierra Vista, Omni Family Health, and Randy’s Donuts.
