Bill Hopkins is a highly respected agricultural real estate professional with more than 35 years of experience specializing in California farmland and agricultural properties. Experience

Beginning his agricultural career in 1970, Bill worked as an irrigation and tractor foreman for the Michael Giffen Ranch on the west side of the San Joaquin Valley. He later established and successfully operated his own 1,000-acre farming operation within the Westlands Water District, producing cotton, tomatoes, sugar beets, vegetables, and other row crops and permanent plantings throughout both the west and east sides of the San Joaquin Valley.

Since entering agricultural real estate in 1990, Bill has successfully represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of a wide variety of agricultural properties across California. His practical farming experience, combined with decades of market knowledge, enables him to provide clients with strategic guidance and practical solutions tailored to their investment and operational goals.

Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizonia.
