Cole is a graduate of California State University, Fresno, where he earned Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business. He began his career in agricultural real estate in 2019 and has since built in reputation for results-driven service and trusted advisement. Since joining Fortune Associates in November 2024, Cole has continued to help clients navigate acquisitions, dispositions, and investment opportunities across all types of farmland and ranch properties.

From row crops to permanent plantings and pastureland, Cole has a history of success representing both buyers and sellers in high-value transactions. Since the beginning of his career, he has personally sold over 5,035± acres of agricultural land, totaling more than $167.5± Million sold—a testament to his deep market knowledge, strategic thinking, and client-first approach.
Before joining Fortune Associates, Cole served as Senior Vice President at Pearson Realty, where he quickly rose through the ranks from intern to executive, earning recognition for his leadership and dedication. His ability to understand the unique needs of landowners, investors, and producers make him a key asset to the firm’s clients.
