Joel Martinez

After earning his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at Multnomah University, Joel Martinez began his career in Commercial Real Estate at Fortune Associates in the summer of 2021 as an Investment Analyst Intern. As of April 2022, he officially joined the team as an Associate to assist in acquisitions and distributions across a broad array of Real Estate asset classes including Office, Industrial, Multi-Family and Investment. Overall, Joel is adamant in establishing himself as an agent dedicated to service, education, and the betterment of his clientele.
