Amir Dehlan

Amir has over 15 years of real estate experience. He first started his career in residential sales, then quickly learned to navigate more complex transactions such as Commercial Sales, Commercial Leasing and Business Brokering. In 2015, Amir acquired his broker’s license and formed his own brokerage running his more multifaceted deals under that brand. Amir recently joined Fortune Associates as one of their newest agents and is excited to be working with experts in the industry while exposed to the knowledge and experience this new team brings. Amir has vast comprehension in the retails space, vacant land acquisition and development, and industrial. He prides himself at providing exceptional service, knowledge, communication, and loyalty to his clients for their real estate needs. Amir graduated Fresno State 2007 with a bachelor’s in science in Biology with the hopes of going into the medical field, however, his love of real estate took him down another path.
