Joey Valdivia

Joey’s journey in real estate began in 1972 when he earned his Sales License, followed by his Broker License in 1974. He honed his skills under the mentorship of his father at Central Valley Realty until 1982, when he assumed leadership of the company as principal broker. For over a decade, he guided CVR’s operations with expertise and dedication.

In 1994, Joey transitioned to Fortune Associates, where he continued to excel as a broker associate. Specializing in residential sales and the development of residential subdivisions, Joey oversees projects from initial land acquisition to the final sale of completed homes. His comprehensive understanding of real estate development ensures successful outcomes at every stage of the process.

Active within the Fresno real estate community, Joey is a member of both the Fresno Board of Realtors and the Fresno Multiple Listing Service. By staying informed about the latest trends and developments, he maintains a competitive edge in the market.

Outside of work, Joey enjoys pursuing his passion for boating and is a proud member of the Fort Washington Country Club. Family holds a special place in Joey’s heart, and he and his spouse will celebrate their remarkable 50th wedding anniversary on August 31, 2024. Together, they have raised two children and take pride in their five grandchildren. Fresno, California, remains their cherished home.
