Brett Fugman

Brett D. Fugman started his commercial real estate career in 1989 in Newport Beach, CA. with The Irvine Company.  At The Irvine Company, Brett worked within the Office Properties Division and specifically on the Office Towers of Fashion Island.  In 1991, Brett moved back to his home town of Fresno and began working specializing in Office Properties. In 1997, Brett began working at Fortune Associates within the Office Division.  Over the last ten years, Brett was exclusively involved in over 7,000,000 square feet of office space and sold over $200,000,000 of commercial property.  Additionally he specializes in exclusive tenant representation in the Central Valley market.  In 1995 Brett began developing and acquiring properties within multiple disciplines including but not limited to, commercial, retail, industrial, multi-family properties with the Central Valley. Brett has successfully completed transactions with clients such as Internal Revenue Service, State of California, A.I.G., Countrywide Mortgage,  SIM/PBK Architects,  Starbucks, Gilmore Magness Janisse, Chase Manhattan Mortgage,  Select Business Systems, Bay Equities Mortgage, Automatic Data Processing,  Capital Commerce Mortgage, Fidelity National Title,  Citizens Business Bank, New York Life, John Hancock Insurance Services, Kaiser Permanente,  AMSURG, Metropolitan Life Insurance, Neurosurgical Associates,  Valley Children’s Hospital,  Vision Care Eye Center, Citizens Business Bank,  WestAmerica Bank,  Guardian Insurance,  Old Republic Title, CCFMG, Century 21 R.E.,  Met Life Insurance, Matson Alarm, Keller Williams, Oswald Associates, Devry University., Act 1 Personnel Services and numerous other local companies and individuals. Brett is 51 years old and a graduate from University of Southern California with a degree in Real Property Management and Development. Brett is married with two children and resides in Fresno, California.  Brett was named to the 2004 Fresno Business Journal “Forty under Forty” distinguishing forty individuals excelling within their field and being dedicated to the community. His hobbies are golfing, hunting and sporting activities.
