Throughout his tenure, he has represented a diverse range of clients, offering an extensive array of services including 1031 Exchanges, Disposition and Acquisition of commercial real estate (including Agriculture, Retail, Office, Industrial, and Land), Landlord Representation, Tenant Representation, and Asset Management.

Mr. Lamonica’s track record speaks volumes, having successfully leased over 1.2 million square feet of commercial property and facilitated in excess of $200,000,000 in sale transactions spanning across California and 10 other states within the country. His reputation within the industry is built upon a foundation of market knowledge, effective communication, a diligent work ethic, trustworthiness, and an unwavering commitment to his clients’ needs.

Educated at California State University, Fresno, Mr. Lamonica holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. During his time at Fresno State, he also showcased his skills as a member of the Men’s Golf Team. With strong ties to the Central Valley, Mr. Lamonica and his family have been proud members of the community for over 46 years. In addition to his extensive professional achievements, Brandon Lamonica has also been appointed to numerous boards over the course of his career, showcasing his commitment to community involvement and leadership. Currently, Mr. Lamonica holds a position on the Board of Directors for Cen Cal Finance, further demonstrating his dedication to contributing to the strategic direction and decision-making processes of important organizations within the Central Valley and beyond.
