Ted H. Waldron started his commercial real estate career in 1987 with the firm of Pearson Realty working in the retail division. In 1989, he joined the national firm of Grubb Ellis to work in the Office Properties Division in the Fresno office, specializing in the leasing sales and development of office buildings in the greater Fresno area. Ted has been involved with the sale or leasing of over 3,300,000 square feet of space since 1989. He also specializes in exclusive tenant representation in the Central Valley market. Ted has successfully completed transactions with major clients such as Bank of America, World Savings, RTC, New York Life, State of California, CBS Radio, Kaiser Hospital, Glendale Federal Bank, Texaco, Unocal Corporation, California State Auto Association, United Insurance Company, A. G. Edwards Company, Commonwealth Mortgage, First American Title, Fresno Unified School District, Chicago Title, California School of Professional Psychology, World Title, Valley Federal Bank, Children’s Hospital of Central California and numerous local companies. In January 1994, he joined Craig “Cap” Capriotti in starting a new commercial division for one of Fresno’s leading residential firms, Fortune Realty. This new company was renamed Fortune Associates and has become one of Fresno’s leading commercial real estate firms. One of Ted’s main jobs was the reorganization of the computer database for office buildings and vacancy reports. There are currently 11 agents specializing in all aspects of commercial real estate, including office, industrial and investment sales. Ted graduated from California State University Fresno, with a degree in Business and a minor in Marketing.
